Sage has been the reason for my transformational growth in my mind, body, and most importantly, spirit When I met Sage, my psyche was broken I had just broken off an engagement, and come out of rehab. I was angry, unsettled, and stubborn in the patterns I had created in my life; self sabotage, holding grudges, defensiveness, hurtful, confused and programmed to see one way of life. All of this negativity, and more, was stored and being reactivated daily, which was profoundly distributing who I am. Sage went deep, removed past traumas and toxicity, to help clear a path for the highest version of myself to shine bright, again. I am expecting again and have been very worried that I would not be able to breast feed, as I was not able to with my first baby. Without even discussing it with her she felt my anxiety and did a healing specifically for my breasts. All of a sudden I felt a tingling sensation in that area and I asked her what she was doing, she explained that she was shifting energy for healthy and easy breast feeding. It made me cry! I am looking forward to feeding and bonding with my new little one in a few months. I would like to follow up with this initial statement by expressing my gratitude towards Sage. With my first born I was unable to produce more than three ounces total with each pumping session every three to four hours. After Sage’s healing session my breast milk flowed like wine. I was engorged every two to three hours and with each pumping I was able to produce anywhere between 7-10 ounces, at my best 12 ounces. I stopped pumping at about 4 months and had enough frozen in storage to continue feeding her breast milk through the age of 6 months. This experience was life altering for not only myself, but for my little girl. Due to the healing session and the comfort and guidance provided by Sage I was able to produce vast amounts of mother’s milk, special and important for my growing girl.

My life has been an initiation from the very beginning.
I was raised by a minister, and my sensitivity showed up early—far earlier than it was understood or welcomed. I learned discernment young: how to perceive deeply while staying contained. That balance has shaped everything that came after.
As I grew, emotional intensity became a doorway. During my adolescence, the sudden death of a close friend’s father marked a turning point. The shock and grief sharpened my awareness and opened a deeper connection to energy.
That experience revealed something fundamental to me—that energy responds to consciousness, and that the nervous system, emotion, and subtle fields are inseparable.
In my twenties, living in Manhattan became an unexpected training ground. It taught me regulation, protection, and clarity. Sensitivity without discernment is overwhelming. Power without containment is draining. I learned how to stay open without losing myself.
My work clarified when a close friend came to me with chronic throat issues and difficulty conceiving. During a focused healing state, I actively rewrote an energetic pattern. Her symptoms resolved. She became pregnant.
That was confirmation. This work wasn’t symbolic. It was effective.
When I began working with tone, rhythm, and vibration, everything changed. Sound bypasses story and language. It moves directly through the nervous system, restoring coherence. Today, sound is the core of my work. I work in the quantum field using frequency, pattern, and intention—often through rhythmic, nonverbal communication that signals safety and regulation directly to the body. This is especially powerful for children and non-verbal clients. I don’t ask them to explain what they can’t articulate. I meet them where they already are.
After more than a decade of focused practice, my work is precise and direct. I’m able to perceive where the system is out of balance and work at that level to restore coherence. Clients don’t need to relive stories, analyze symptoms, or strain for insight—the work happens where the imbalance lives. As regulation returns, the body reorganizes. Change may be immediate or unfold over time, but it follows a clear internal logic. This is the work I have dedicated my life to.
